Refund policy

Giclee prints are ordered from a print shop as soon as your payment is received. Since these orders are all custom, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any giclee prints except as noted below.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If you do notice any damage to the shipping container, please take a photo(s) of the damage and send it to us so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
